Chairman and CEO. They also contain the Group's Corporate Governance Summary, Remuneration Summary and Principles and Shareholder Information.
Ambertech's Annual Reports comply with the reporting requirements of the stock exchanges on which we are listed and include formal analysis of our operations and financial position.
